As an AI/ML Engineer at SENYX, you'll build and improve the AI systems behind our products — including AI Voice Solutions and Document AI — taking models from prototype to reliable, production-grade systems.
What You'll Do
- Design, train, and evaluate ML/NLP models for voice, document understanding, and conversational AI use cases.
- Build data pipelines and evaluation frameworks to continuously improve model quality.
- Integrate AI models into production applications alongside our engineering team.
- Stay current with new AI tooling and bring practical improvements into our products.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building and deploying ML/NLP models in production, not just research notebooks.
- Strong Python skills; familiarity with common ML/NLP frameworks.
- Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and applied AI system design.
- Ability to work with localized language data (Sinhala/Tamil/English) is a strong plus.
